The contractualized support path towards employment and autonomy (PACEA)
This system is made up of three phases which specify the objectives to be achieved and the means to achieve them. An evaluation is carried out between after each phase, the goal being employment and autonomy. It is a contract defined between the young person and the advisor, which mentions the commitments of each of the signatories, the actions intended to carry out the professional integration project, as well as the young person's commitment. to participate.
The Youth Guarantee is a scheme aimed at young people who are neither in employment, nor in training, nor in study, graduates or not, with little or no resources. This system is intensive and collective support over one year.
