Find solutions adapted to your projects
Establish with you the budget for all housing-related expenses
Find out about the possible aids (CAF, Loca PASS®, Mobili Jeunes®, Visale, etc.)
Support you in your search for accommodation, in your contacts with owners
Be present during the inventory and the signing of the rental contract (lease)
Intervene with your landlord, if necessary.
Help you complete administrative files.
If you are an owner, you have one or more apartments to rent and wish to offer it to young people, the SLJ makes its services available to you:
Offer your accommodation to young people who contact us
Facilitate the connection between owners and tenants
Remain available to owners to answer their questions about their rental, their tenants or other ...
Provide everyone with information about the documents relating to the rental (rental contract, inventory, insurance, etc.)
Follow the aid files put in place (Loca PASS®, housing allowance, mobili-jeunes®, Visale, etc.)
Take charge of visits to accommodation in the event of reduced availability
Advise you on what young people are looking for ...
